Every listing states the product condition and the applicable commercial warranty coverage. These terms do not affect any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including those applicable in the consumer’s country of residence where required by law.
Coverage summary

Warranty, testing & diagnosis
01Definitions and classification
A “used card” is a card previously used and not sold as new. A “repaired card” is a used card on which Dr.GPU performed an identified repair before sale. The repaired fault, component, circuit or area is called “Repair A” or “Fault A”. A failure originating from another component, circuit, area or cause is called “Fault B”. A cosmetic description such as “like new” concerns appearance only. It does not make the card new and does not create additional warranty coverage.
02Used card - no commercial warranty
A used card not expressly classified as repaired by Dr.GPU is sold without a voluntary commercial warranty. Dr.GPU does not undertake to repair free of charge a failure arising after delivery merely because the card is electrical or electronic equipment. The absence of a commercial warranty does not exclude non-waivable statutory rights, including a claim concerning non-conformity existing at delivery, misleading description, delivery of goods different from those agreed, or a significant defect known to the seller and not disclosed. The Israeli after-sales warranty regulations that generally apply to new electrical and electronic goods above the statutory price threshold do not convert a used card into a product carrying a one-year warranty.
03Repaired card - three months for Repair A only
A card repaired by Dr.GPU receives a targeted commercial warranty for three calendar months from actual delivery or physical handover, covering only Repair A identified on the product page, invoice or warranty certificate. This is not a general warranty for the entire card. It does not promise that components not repaired or replaced will not fail during or after the warranty period. Where a longer period is expressly stated on the product page or invoice, the longer period applies.
04Scope of the targeted warranty
The warranty covers the quality of Dr.GPU’s workmanship, the component expressly repaired or replaced, the identified circuit or area, recurrence of Fault A from the same source, and damage that a reasonable diagnosis shows was directly caused by Repair A. The appearance of a similar symptom - such as black screen, no display, artifacts, crashes, Code 43 or a driver error - does not prove that Fault A has returned. Coverage depends on the actual electronic or material source identified.
05Fault B and a non-functional card on return
A Fault B originating from a component, memory chip, power phase, controller, output, fan, GPU, PCB area or external cause not included in Repair A is a new fault outside the Repair A warranty. The fact that the card is completely non-functional on return does not, by itself, create warranty coverage. Repair A may remain intact while an independent Fault B prevents operation. If Fault B was directly caused by Repair A, it will be handled under the warranty to the extent of the direct causal connection.
06Testing and condition at delivery
Dr.GPU may record the serial number, photographs, test results, BIOS, temperatures and physical condition before delivery. The tests establish the card’s condition when performed and are not a promise regarding the future life of every component. A used card retains its prior age, wear and usage history, whether known or unknown. Any significant defect or limitation known to Dr.GPU must be disclosed on the product page.
07Exclusions from the Repair A warranty
The warranty does not cover damage caused after delivery by impact, drop, liquid, corrosion, abnormal heat, overvoltage, unsuitable power supply or cables, incorrect connection, a short circuit from another system component, BIOS changes, overclocking, cooling modifications, a water block, unreasonable use or transport under the customer’s responsibility. Opening the card or third-party work does not automatically cancel mandatory statutory rights. It may exclude the commercial warranty where it caused or worsened the fault, altered Area A or prevented a reliable diagnosis.
08Return accepted for inspection only
Every returned card is initially accepted for inspection and diagnosis only. A return authorization, receipt of a parcel, transport arrangement or opening of a case is not a prior admission of warranty coverage, non-conformity, cancellation or entitlement to a refund. Dr.GPU may document packaging, serial number, seals, screws, connectors, cooling system, signs of liquid or overheating, BIOS changes and shipping damage.
09Comparative A/B diagnosis
As far as technically possible, diagnosis will determine whether Repair A is intact, whether Component A functions, whether Fault A has returned, the source of the current fault and whether there is a direct link between A and B. If a covered failure of A and an independent Fault B are found together, Dr.GPU will handle the A portion only. B remains outside warranty and may be quoted separately. If B prevents testing A, the customer will be informed before any further paid or risky operation.
10Warranty holder and required documents
The Repair A commercial warranty is granted to the initial rights holder: either the original buyer identified on the sale record, or the customer whose own card received the completed Dr.GPU repair service. It is personal and non-transferable upon resale, gift, exchange or other transfer. A corrected login account may be linked only when it still represents that same person. A third party may physically deliver the card with written authority but does not become the rights holder or beneficiary.
11Remedy for a covered failure
Where a covered failure of Repair A is confirmed, Dr.GPU may, subject to mandatory law, re-perform the repair, replace Component A, use an equivalent technical solution, replace the card with an equivalent product, or refund the relevant amount where other remedies are impossible or unreasonable. Re-performance of Repair A will normally be the first remedy. Warranty work does not automatically start a new three-month period; the original period continues to expiry unless the law requires otherwise or an extension is granted in writing.
12Diagnosis, transport and out-of-warranty charges
Before a card is sent or deposited, the customer will be informed of the diagnosis terms. After receipt, if the matter is not covered by warranty, the ILS 180 diagnosis fee excluding VAT (ILS 212.40 including 18% VAT) must be paid before technical work begins. The fee is deducted from an approved repair quote and remains payable if the quote is declined, the fault cannot be reproduced or the GPU is unrepairable. Transport, necessary packaging and additional repair work require separate prior disclosure and acceptance.
Sales, cancellation & records
13Cancellation of a distance sale
Where the transaction was concluded without the parties being physically present together - including through a website, telephone or messages - the consumer may cancel in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, generally from the transaction date until 14 days after receiving the card or the required transaction-details document, whichever is later. Statutory extended periods and exceptions apply according to their conditions. Cancellation notice may be given through any method the business is required to provide by law, including email, telephone or the website cancellation link, using Dr.GPU’s published details. The fact that the card is used or sold without a commercial warranty does not by itself remove a statutory distance-sale cancellation right.
14Return costs and cancellation fee for change of mind
Where cancellation is not due to a defect, non-conformity, late delivery or another breach by Dr.GPU, the customer must return the card to Dr.GPU’s place of business at the customer’s expense. Return shipping, adequate packaging and the risk caused by inadequate packaging or a carrier selected by the customer are borne by the customer, subject to law. Dr.GPU may charge a cancellation fee not exceeding 5% of the price of the goods or transaction, or ILS 100, whichever is lower. No additional handling, restocking or penalty fee will be charged beyond amounts permitted by law. The refund, including treatment of any original delivery charge, will be made exactly as required by law; this clause does not authorize any additional deduction that is not legally permitted.
15Cancellation for defect, non-conformity, delay or breach
If cancellation results from a defect existing at delivery, non-conformity between the card and the information provided, failure to deliver on time or another breach attributable to Dr.GPU, no cancellation fee will be charged. In that case Dr.GPU will arrange collection from the place where the card was delivered or provide a return method at its expense, as required by law. Diagnosis may be performed to determine the source of the problem, but it may not deny or delay a mandatory right contrary to law.
16Condition of the card in a distance-sale cancellation
Use of the card or the fact that it is non-functional on return does not automatically invalidate a distance-sale cancellation request. However, if after delivery the customer, the customer’s equipment, use, modification, packaging or transport caused actual damage or a substantial reduction in value unrelated to Repair A and not attributable to Dr.GPU, Dr.GPU may claim the actual and demonstrable loss to the extent permitted by law. No automatic penalty will apply. Set-off against a refund will occur only where the law permits it or with written agreement.
17Physical sale and store pickup
Online payment or a final online commitment followed by store pickup does not necessarily turn the transaction into an in-person sale; if the contract was concluded remotely, distance-sale rules may continue to apply. If the card was merely reserved without payment or final commitment and was then inspected, tested, accepted and paid for on site, the final transaction is an in-person sale. The statutory cancellation regulations apply where their conditions are met. For electrical or electronic goods purchased in person, a change-of-mind cancellation is conditional, among other matters, on the goods not being damaged and not having been used by the consumer. Connecting the card to electricity or installing it in a computer is evidence of use, so it generally cannot then be returned merely because the purchaser changed their mind.
18Disclosure, description and non-conformity
The product page and photographs form part of the transaction description. They must clearly state that the card is used, whether it was repaired, the nature of Repair A, cosmetic condition, included accessories, non-working outputs, changed BIOS and every significant defect or limitation known to Dr.GPU. Acceptance of a defect clearly and precisely disclosed before sale prevents that particular defect from later being presented as undisclosed, but does not cover a different defect or material information that was concealed.
19Evidence retention and privacy
Dr.GPU may retain, in accordance with law, the product page, invoice, photographs, serial number, test results, BIOS data, Repair A description, communications, return photographs, diagnosis report and customer authorizations. The customer should retain transaction and shipping documents. These records may be used to resolve disputes, prevent product substitution and compare the condition before and after delivery.
20Governing law, language versions and reservation of rights
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel. Jurisdiction will be determined according to mandatory legal rules, without imposing an unlawful exclusive venue on a consumer. If the language versions conflict, the Hebrew version is the reference version, provided that it does not reduce a mandatory right. An unenforceable provision will be limited only to the extent required, and the remaining terms will remain effective.
International sales & shipping
These additional provisions apply to orders shipped by Dr.GPU from Israel to an address outside Israel.
25.1Scope
This article applies to every order shipped by Dr.GPU from Israel to an address outside Israel.
It supplements the other Dr.GPU sales, return and warranty terms.
If it conflicts with a mandatory provision applicable in the consumer’s country that cannot be contractually excluded, that mandatory provision prevails only to the extent necessary.
25.2Prices, customs duties and import taxes
Prices displayed in USD or EUR are calculated excluding Israeli VAT at 18%, on the basis that the order is intended for a documented export from Israel. If the transaction is not completed as an export, applicable Israeli VAT may be added before a payment request or tax document is issued.
Unless otherwise stated in writing when the order is confirmed, the price charged by Dr.GPU does not include:
• customs duties in the destination country;
• VAT, GST or any local import tax;
• environmental taxes or levies;
• customs-clearance charges;
• customs-brokerage fees;
• carrier administration fees;
• customs-presentation fees;
• storage or warehousing charges;
• fees or taxes imposed by a foreign authority; or
• any other charge connected with importing the product into the destination country.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise or Dr.GPU expressly agrees in writing to bear them, these amounts are payable by the buyer.
Their amount depends on the laws, customs tariffs and procedures of the destination country and may be determined by the local authorities or carrier after dispatch. Dr.GPU cannot guarantee in advance the amount of duties or taxes that may be charged to the buyer.
25.3Buyer responsibility for importation
Before ordering, the buyer is responsible for checking that:
• the product may legally be imported into the destination country;
• no special authorization is required for its import or use;
• the buyer can comply with local customs obligations;
• the buyer has any required tax number, importer number or other authority-issued identifier; and
• the contact details supplied with the order are sufficient for customs clearance.
The buyer must provide within a reasonable time any document, information or evidence requested by customs, the carrier or its representative for clearance.
Dr.GPU is not responsible for a delay, hold or return directly caused by the buyer’s failure to cooperate or to provide a document that was the buyer’s responsibility.
25.4Customs declaration and actual value
Dr.GPU will prepare shipping documents and customs declarations using the true information relating to the transaction. The product may be declared according to its actual nature, commercial description, quantity, condition where relevant, real price or applicable customs value, and true destination.
Dr.GPU will refuse any request to:
• declare an artificially reduced value;
• describe a sold product as a “gift”;
• describe a working product as “parts” or “defective” solely to avoid tax;
• falsify an invoice;
• artificially alter the product description; or
• provide a declaration contrary to applicable rules.
The buyer is not entitled to compensation because Dr.GPU refuses to provide an inaccurate or irregular declaration.
25.5Legal export restrictions
Every international sale is subject to the export laws, restrictions, controls and authorizations applicable to Dr.GPU in Israel.
Dr.GPU may suspend, refuse or cancel an order when:
• export of the product is prohibited;
• an export authorization is required and cannot be obtained;
• the destination is subject to applicable restrictions;
• the buyer’s or end user’s identity creates a regulatory obligation;
• the declared end use requires particular verification; or
• the carrier lawfully refuses the destination or goods.
In that situation, sums received for goods that have not been shipped will be refunded, subject to any charges that may lawfully remain payable and any service already expressly requested and performed.
25.6Delivery address and contact details
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of all information supplied, including the full name or business name, complete address, building and apartment or unit number, city, region or state, postal code, country, telephone number, email address, and any required tax or importer number.
Dr.GPU is not responsible for a delay or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the buyer.
If a parcel must be shipped again because of an address error attributable to the buyer, the actual reshipping cost may be charged to the buyer.
25.7International delivery times
International delivery times stated on the site, quotation, order or by the carrier are estimates unless a written commitment is expressly presented as guaranteed.
They may be affected by customs or security checks, requests for additional documents, import procedures, local public holidays, strikes, weather, war or hostilities, aviation restrictions, logistical disruption, government decisions, force majeure or any other event reasonably outside Dr.GPU’s control.
Customs-clearance time is not the same as transport time. Dr.GPU will nevertheless provide the documents reasonably required from it and cooperate with the carrier when a delivery incident is reported.
25.8Parcel tracking
When the chosen shipping method includes tracking, the tracking number will be supplied to the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for reasonably monitoring the parcel and responding to carrier requests concerning payment of taxes, customs clearance, appointment scheduling, address correction, document supply or collection from a pickup point.
Failure to consult tracking or carrier communications does not transfer to Dr.GPU costs caused by the buyer’s failure to cooperate.
25.9Refusal to pay duties and taxes
A buyer’s refusal to pay customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges after being informed that they are payable by the buyer does not, by itself, constitute a product defect or a failure attributable to Dr.GPU.
If that refusal causes storage, extra charges, return to Israel, abandonment, seizure, destruction or another expense, Dr.GPU may claim the actual, reasonable and demonstrable costs directly resulting from the refusal, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
25.10Refused or unclaimed parcel
Refusing delivery, repeated absence, failure to collect a parcel or failure to cooperate with customs does not automatically constitute valid exercise of a statutory withdrawal right.
When a parcel is returned to Dr.GPU for one of these reasons, the case will be handled after the product is received and inspected.
Subject to mandatory rights, Dr.GPU may deduct or claim actual and non-recoverable costs directly caused by the buyer’s conduct, including initial transport, return transport, storage, brokerage, administration, customs-clearance costs, non-recoverable taxes and carrier charges.
No additional flat-rate penalty will be applied where it is not authorized by law.
25.11Parcel held, seized or destroyed by authorities
If a hold, seizure or destruction results from an incorrect declaration made by Dr.GPU, a document for which Dr.GPU was responsible, or a regulatory breach directly attributable to Dr.GPU, Dr.GPU will meet its obligations under applicable law.
If it instead results from an import prohibition applicable to the customer, a missing authorization for which the customer was responsible, refusal to provide a document or pay applicable taxes, incorrect information supplied by the customer, or another cause under the buyer’s responsibility, the resulting costs and losses may be charged to the buyer to the extent permitted by law.
25.12Packaging before dispatch
Before international dispatch, Dr.GPU may retain photographs or video recording the product’s identity, serial number, cosmetic and functional condition, shipped accessories, packaging condition, parcel closure and weight.
This evidence may be used in a transport, substitution, damage or return dispute.
25.13Loss or damage in transit
Allocation of transport risk is determined by mandatory law applicable to the transaction and, where relevant, the transport terms expressly agreed with the buyer.
When Dr.GPU arranges transport for a consumer and applicable law keeps risk with the seller until physical delivery to the consumer, nothing in these terms transfers that risk prematurely.
When a professional buyer arranges transport or selects an independent carrier not proposed by Dr.GPU, any specific legal rules governing transfer of risk may apply.
25.14Procedure for a damaged parcel
When an international parcel appears damaged, the buyer should, as far as reasonably possible:
1. photograph the parcel before opening it;
2. photograph the shipping labels;
3. retain all packaging;
4. document opening the parcel;
5. immediately photograph the product and observed damage;
6. report the damage to Dr.GPU without undue delay; and
7. provide information required for a carrier claim.
If the carrier requires an immediate declaration at delivery, the buyer is encouraged to make it to preserve available remedies.
Failure to follow these steps does not automatically remove mandatory rights, but may be considered if it makes the origin of damage or a carrier claim impossible or substantially more difficult to establish.
25.15Parcel opened by customs
Dr.GPU is not responsible merely because a customs or security authority lawfully opened, inspected or repackaged a parcel.
If damage is discovered after a customs inspection, the customer must notify Dr.GPU immediately and keep all evidence identifying the authority’s or carrier’s intervention.
25.16Withdrawal from an international sale
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies to an international sale, it must be exercised under the mandatory rules applicable to the transaction.
For a simple change of mind, where the law allows return shipping to be paid by the consumer and the customer was informed before purchase, shipping the product back to Dr.GPU is at the customer’s expense.
The return must use a method reasonably appropriate to the product’s value and capable of proving dispatch. The customer must pack the card correctly, use suitable antistatic protection, protect it against impact, retain proof of dispatch and correctly complete the return customs documents.
Where the law requires Dr.GPU to refund the standard initial delivery cost, it will do so. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery method expressly selected by the customer are refunded only where mandatory law requires it.
25.17Diminished value on withdrawal
Where a statutory withdrawal right allows the customer to examine the product, handling must be limited to what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and operation.
Physical damage, unsuitable power supply, BIOS modification, disassembly, technical work, replacement of components, excessive overclocking, overvoltage, liquid, manifestly excessive use or mishandling may give rise to a claim for the actual and demonstrable diminished value, where applicable law permits it.
25.18International warranty return
Every international return presented as a warranty claim requires a prior request to Dr.GPU.
The customer must provide the order or invoice number, identity, serial number, description of the fault, tests already performed and any photograph, video or information reasonably requested.
Acceptance of a return request is not prior recognition that the fault is covered. The card will be received for inspection and diagnosis under the Dr.GPU warranty terms.
25.19Repaired card – Repair A
For cards sold with a targeted three-month commercial warranty for Repair A, that warranty remains limited to the identified work, repaired or replaced component, identified circuit or area, recurrence of Fault A from the same source, and a fault directly caused by Repair A.
An independent Fault B remains outside this commercial warranty, subject to any mandatory statutory rights applicable in the buyer’s country.
The fact that the card is completely non-functional when returned is not enough to establish that Repair A failed.
25.20Shipping costs for a warranty return
When a fault is recognized as covered by the Dr.GPU commercial warranty, responsibility for shipping costs will be determined under the terms communicated to the customer and applicable mandatory provisions.
Where applicable law requires repair or replacement at no cost to the consumer, necessary transport costs will be borne in accordance with that obligation.
If diagnosis shows that Repair A works correctly, the fault is an independent Fault B, no fault can be reproduced, the fault results from a warranty exclusion, or the card was damaged after delivery for a cause not attributable to Dr.GPU, previously accepted international transport, customs, return and diagnosis costs may remain payable by the customer to the extent permitted by law.
25.21Customs documents for a warranty return
The customer must contact Dr.GPU before any international return so that appropriate customs instructions can be supplied.
Where it truthfully reflects the operation, the shipment must be identified as a return of previously exported goods or a return for diagnosis, repair or warranty, with reference to the original invoice and serial number. It must not be declared as a new sale to Dr.GPU.
Every document must reflect the true nature of the operation. The parties will reasonably cooperate to avoid unjustified double collection of duties and taxes.
25.22Duties and taxes on a replacement card
When Dr.GPU sends a replacement card under warranty, the parties will cooperate so that customs documents correctly reflect the nature of the shipment.
Dr.GPU cannot guarantee that the destination authority will grant an exemption or refund of duties and taxes.
If duties are charged despite the warranty-replacement status, responsibility for them will be determined under applicable law and the circumstances that caused the charge.
25.23Warranty for used cards sold internationally
The absence of a voluntary Dr.GPU commercial warranty for unrepaired used cards applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
It is not intended to remove a mandatory statutory right to conformity, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund that a consumer may have because of the country of residence or the commercial destination targeted by Dr.GPU.
A statutory warranty imposed by a country is distinct from a voluntary commercial warranty granted by Dr.GPU.
25.24EU customers and similar mandatory protections
Where a transaction is subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that cannot be excluded, these terms apply subject to those rules.
In particular, no reference to “no commercial warranty”, “Fault B outside warranty”, “transport at the buyer’s risk”, “return costs payable by the customer” or “Israeli law applies” may be interpreted as removing a mandatory right legally available to the consumer.
The Dr.GPU commercial warranty and the consumer’s statutory rights are separate regimes.
25.25Professional buyers
When the buyer acts for professional, commercial, industrial or resale purposes and is not legally considered a consumer, particular terms may be agreed concerning transfer of risk, transport, insurance, customs clearance, Incoterms, claim periods, warranties, returns and jurisdiction.
Those particular terms prevail over this article to the extent permitted by law and expressly accepted.
25.26Transport insurance
When Dr.GPU offers different transport or insurance options, their terms will be stated with the order or quotation.
Transport insurance does not automatically alter the statutory rights of Dr.GPU or the buyer.
The buyer must reasonably cooperate with any claim procedure, including retaining the parcel, packaging, photographs and documents requested by the carrier or insurer.
25.27Reshipping costs
When delivery fails for a cause attributable to the customer and the product returns to Dr.GPU, any new shipment is subject to Dr.GPU’s actual receipt of the parcel, inspection of its condition, confirmation or correction of the address, payment of the new transport cost and, where applicable, payment of the actual costs arising from the first failed delivery.
Dr.GPU is not required to ship the product again before lawfully payable costs are settled.
25.28Change of destination after dispatch
Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, Dr.GPU does not guarantee that a change of address, country or recipient will be possible.
Any cost of amendment, redirection, return or new shipment requested by the buyer may remain payable by the buyer.
A change to another country may be refused where it creates new customs, tax, regulatory or export-control obligations.
25.29Fraud and security
Dr.GPU may suspend an international order for reasonable verification where there are signs of payment fraud, use of an identity different from the payer, a suspicious address, use of a forwarding intermediary, an attempt to circumvent customs rules, a prohibited or restricted destination, or inconsistency concerning the end user.
Dr.GPU may request additional material reasonably necessary to verify the customer’s identity or the legitimacy of the transaction. No excessive data will be requested beyond what is reasonably necessary and legally permitted.
25.30Applicable law and mandatory foreign provisions
Subject to contrary mandatory rules applicable to the consumer, these terms and sales made by Dr.GPU are governed by the law of the State of Israel.
The choice of Israeli law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection that applies to that consumer and cannot be contractually excluded.
This article must therefore be interpreted as allocating contractual responsibilities to the fullest extent permitted by law, not as a waiver of rights that the parties cannot legally waive.
Version: August 2026If language versions conflict, the Hebrew version is the reference version, subject to mandatory Israeli law.
Authenticated claims
A warranty claim starts only from My orders or My repairs.
Send the invoice number, GPU model, a clear description of the symptom and any photo or video that helps reproduce it. Do not open or modify the card before assessment.
