Everything to know before ordering.
Clear answers about stock, compatibility, payment, delivery, testing, warranty and cancellations at Dr-Gpu.
Stock & compatibility
Is the stock shown on the site current?
Yes. The catalogue uses the Dr-Gpu live inventory. A card marked out of stock cannot be purchased.
How do I know whether a GPU is compatible with my computer?
Check the power supply wattage and required PCIe power connectors, the available space in the case and the rest of the system. The GPU Advisor can help narrow the choice, but the exact power supply and case specifications should be confirmed before ordering.
What does the condition grade mean?
The condition grade describes cosmetic appearance only. The listing separately discloses testing, known repairs, commercial warranty coverage and the items included with the card.

How does online payment work?
Add one or more GPUs to the cart, then choose Proceed to checkout. No payment is taken immediately; Dr-Gpu confirms availability and sends a payment link or instructions.
Which payment methods are available?
Depending on the destination and the payment options currently enabled, checkout may offer card, Bit, bank transfer or PayPal. Only the methods displayed at checkout or confirmed by Dr-Gpu apply to that order.
Are prices shown with VAT?
ILS prices include 18% Israeli VAT. USD and EUR prices exclude Israeli VAT: the ILS price is divided by 1.18 before conversion. Import duties and local taxes are not included.
Delivery in Israel
Where do you deliver?
Dr-Gpu offers door-to-door delivery across Israel. The current delivery fee is shown in the order summary before the request is sent.
When is an order dispatched?
In-stock orders are usually prepared and dispatched from Jerusalem within 48 hours, and no later than 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Can I collect locally?
Yes. Choose Local pickup during checkout. Collection is coordinated from Sunday to Thursday, 9:30–15:00.
Do you ship outside Israel?
Yes, by prior quotation. International shipping is priced separately and is not included in the product total. Bank, currency-conversion or PayPal fees may also apply depending on the selected payment method.

What is the difference between refurbished and pre-owned?
Refurbished or repaired cards have documented work. Pre-owned cards have not been repaired by Dr-Gpu and are sold with their tested condition disclosed.
How are used cards tested?
Cards receive visual, connector, thermal, stability, fan and benchmark checks. See the Lab & Testing page for the full process.
See the testing protocolAre the box and accessories included?
The product listing states exactly what is included and whether the original box is supplied. Check that section before ordering; items not listed as included should not be assumed to be part of the sale.
Do the tests guarantee the card's future lifespan?
No. The tests document the card's condition when they are performed. A pre-owned card still retains its age, wear and previous usage history; any significant limitation known to Dr-Gpu must be disclosed on the product page.
Warranty, cancellation & help
What warranty applies?
Every listing states its coverage. A card repaired by Dr-Gpu receives limited commercial coverage only for the repair documented on the invoice, for the stated period and never longer than three months. Other pre-owned cards have no Dr-Gpu commercial warranty unless an external manufacturer or importer warranty is expressly listed. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Read the warranty and sales termsCan an online order be cancelled?
Submit the website cancellation form as soon as possible with the order details. Dr-Gpu records the dated request and then confirms how it is handled under the sales terms and mandatory law.
Submit a cancellation requestWhat should I do if there is a problem after delivery?
Keep the invoice or order confirmation and submit a repair request with the GPU model, the symptom and any useful photo or video. Do not open or modify the card before Dr-Gpu has assessed the request.
